I am very driven by ethics, and a natural desire to aid others.

I have over a year of foster care case management experience and several years of first hand experience in the foster care system.

I am a strong case manager, with the ability to prioritize my clients needs, but also my own and the ability to balance the two. I have great team-building and collaboration skills, making me a resourceful and a reliable team member, and a strong advocate for clients.

I have strong attention to detail and the ability to gather information, which aids to my solid report writing skills. My ability to manage time also aided with my ability to respond the client needs timely and submit reports timely as well.

The greatest lesson learned thus far is that this work is tough, complex and challenging, and that I am excellent at it.
