Conducted telehealth appointments by providing comprehensive lactation support on topics like positioning, milk supply management, pumping techniques, and common breastfeeding challenges. This also included prenatal visits. Aeroflow is a breast pump company so I was also responsible for educating parents on how to use their breastpumps.

• Worked with pregnant women and new mothers to educate them about breastfeeding and mother and infant nutrition
• Performed daily calls and appointments to provide instruction and support to new mothers in the office among other tasks
