  • Joined team during start up of United's new media network, "Kinective Media" and played major role in it's successful launch
  • Set up and launched initial omni-channel campaigns for the company, and documented process to allow additional hires to step into newly established support roles
  • Hired and onboarded a full ad operations team, leading them to always look for the best ways to enhance campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business for our "start up" within
  • Managed and ran premium in flight inventory (pre-roll and display) across seatback screens and personal devices using the app in flight. During this process, was involved heavily in testing new software releases and working with our partner to help improve the software used as our ad server.
  • Coordinated efforts between account management, product teams, ad ops, and various other internal teams to always have seamless communication and identify the spaces we had for improvements
  • Launched floodlights on both United owned sites and client owned sites, allowing us to then track conversions for various activities and enhance our reporting capabilities for clients - as well as our knowledge of our own products
