-Provide vocational courses a curriculum in a subject area approved by the program director designees that introduces youth to career choices.

-Assist with the coordination of physical education instruction and other large muscle activities in coordination with the program director or designee as required by state and federal requirements

-Must assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters , or other unforesen occurrence .

-Observe , report and document identified behavior patterns and required information that merit documentation such as : elevated supervision forms ,close observations , food logs ,sleep logs and bed check logs .

-Care of infants and toddlers in a childcare settings . Perform a variety of tasks to include but not limit to :dressing ,bathing and overseeing toddlers play .

-Must be able to obtain and maintain Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)certification and CPR/First aid Certification (CPR)

-Must by prepared to administer emergency First Aid ,CPR,AED and/or CPI techniques to youth and adults ,regardless of the time of day or hour of the staff shift, the size of youth, or the staff level of personal fatigue

-In the event of an emergency , immediately respond (I.e.run,,jump,knell,etc.)to the scene and provide care and/or supervision to preserve the safety and wellbeing of youth and adults

-Must be at all times physically able to rum , jump ,lunge, twist, push, pull, apply SWK-approved physical intervention techniques and otherwise manage or coerce the full weight of an adolescent.

-Must be physically and mentally able to manage youth who become uncooperative ,sick, violent, r display any other form of harmful or threatening behavior .

-Operate a motor vehicle public roads and highways to transport children for medical appointments , outpatient/inpatient care, emergency relocation, and other activities as directed by management .

-Attend all required trainings

-Attend trainings that are required by funding source and organization that will and in professional growth, abuse risk management , or any other training reas identified as necessary to perform job functions .

-Follow the protocol and practices related to overseeing and supervising youth during high-risk activities .

-Attend departmental and programs meetings to ensure that up-to-date information is received and information such as policy changes or practices are adhered to.

-Be able to assist in the distribution of medications to youth as prescribed by medical provider .

-Travel as needed for trainings , conferences or to transport youth to destinations located within the U.S
