-Must be at all times physically able to rum , jump ,lunge, twist, push, pull, apply SWK-approved physical intervention techniques and otherwise manage or coerce the full weight of an adolescent.
-Must be physically and mentally able to manage youth who become uncooperative ,sick, violent, r display any other form of harmful or threatening behavior .
-Operate a motor vehicle public roads and highways to transport children for medical appointments , outpatient/inpatient care, emergency relocation, and other activities as directed by management .
