Certified Trainer with over a year of experience at Chick-fil-A, skilled in leadership, accountability, and team training. I began as a Team Member and grew into a Trainer, where I developed a passion for teaching others Core 4 and Second Mile Service. I take pride in motivating team members, holding them accountable, and fostering a positive environment that enhances both team performance and guest satisfaction. I am applying to this location because I recently had to relocate from Pearland to Cypress after my family experienced a devastating house fire. Although starting over has been a challenge, I am determined to continue my Chick-fil-A journey. I want to bring my experience, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence to this new location, while continuing to grow within the company and contribute positively to the team. My long-term goal is to keep advancing within Chick-fil-A, developing as a leader, and making a lasting impact on both the team and our guests.
