- Senior Superintendent on (25) Bed, $14M, addition to West Valley Hospital in Dallas Or. I lead the Design, City of Dallas Building Dept., PP&L, Construction and Hospital Facilities Teams to build an insanely fast project.
- Senior Superintendent on Alternate Care Facility, (43) Bed, Covid Treatment Facility, for Corps of Engineers and Lane County. Designed, Permitted, and Built in (17) calender days. One of the craziest projects of my career.
- Senior Superintendent on a 330,000 sq.ft. demolition of two thirds of Peace Health's, UDC Campus. (The old portion of Sacred Heart and Johnson Unit) Lots of design and pre-planning considerations to not interrupt operations of the Hospital.

- Intel- Supervised several small projects from $1M to $20M. Contracted design firms, Pre-con services, procurement and subcontracts, oversaw field execution.
- Project Super on a (6) story assisted living center in Portland. Oversaw the project when the P.M. was let go (6) months before completion.
- Project Super on several OSU remodels: Poling Hall, Student Health Center, Cascade Campus in Bend.
