The QA Specialist’s role will include identifying compliance risks in the operation prior to and during execution, avoiding deviation whenever possible as well as managing immediate corrective action.

• Completed deviation forms and recorded findings of inspection process, collaborating with quality team members and department managers to implement procedural remedies.
• Provided regular updates to team leadership on quality metrics by communicating consistency problems or production deficiencies.

• Handled patient specific knee/hip implants using Go/ No go pins, calipers, drills, and drop indicators.
• White room experience where kits are verified by another operator and then pouched using validated heat sealers.
• Final Packaging where we confirm all documents belong to the case being worked on. They’re then neatly packaged into a non-sterile box in a particular order referencing the proper work instruction.
• For more urgent cases that have a closer surgery date some cases are sterilized on site using SETRIS’ LTSV machine. Following appropriate GMP and Good Record Keeping is extremely crucial when operating the sterilizer due to the abundance of cases being handled at once.

• Utilized tools including but not limited to tweezers, microscopes, and torque cables.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and work instructions.
• Responsible for assembling catheters in a clean room environment
  Stripped and crimped wires.
• Attached sheets to torque cables using tools and epoxies
  Following line clearance to preform tasks (ex: wiping station with alcohol).

• Perform basic assembly doing fundamental machine set-ups/material changes.
• Performing basic visual & microscopic product evaluation and inspection.
• Follow all verbal work instructions and written procedures, adhering to cGMP.
• Adhere to all plant, company and regulatory safety policies in order to maintain a comfortable and safe work environment for all associates
