- Enter in IT tickets to have new sumitters added to Epic as participating submitters.
- Send emails to have new providers added into EPIC.
- Work non-contact work ques, out of date range work ques, and duplicate CPT code billing work ques.
- Print reports for patients that do not have an appropriate submitter or provider.
- Work the follow-up work que for missing items such as submitter missing, doctor missing, or date and times missing.
- I work through all the lab requisitions from the previous day and check for missing ICD-10 codes, missing insurance information and requisitions that have ABN forms and send the requisitions to Mountain Management to be processed.
- Pull reports to make sure results were put in for LabCorp tests.
