I come from a background of the service industry, the legal industry, 4+ years of customer service, and logistics/operations. My job experience has provided insight on current needs of products and services of consumers, current difficulties companies face with the current economy, and organization and poise under pressure. I am very good with leadership and taking initiative with large groups of people. I was chosen to participate in my high school's gym leadership program at Palatine high school and learned the people skills needed to take control of situations while maintaining a good relationship with others.
I work well under pressure and have a competitive personality which pushes me to go above and beyond what I believe is possible. I have received and been offered promotions in every job I have worked, as my employers have acknowledged my hard work and ability to take initiative as a trainer and leader. I am extremely organized and skilled with planning and managing my time and following regimes. I am a quick learner and would consider myself very great with customer service and I love to be critiqued to improve on whatever I can with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, valued for collaboration, adaptability, and consistently achieving targets in dynamic environments.
