Mental Health residential-This position entails overseeing residential program. Responsible for overall operations and management of program(s) as assigned. For assigned program(s) manages delivery of services, staff supervision, administration, and evaluation of program(s) with integrity and professionalism. Ensures program compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies. Caseload of 52 consumers supervise 46 staff members.

• Consulted with other staff members regarding treatment plans as deemed appropriate by team leader
• Developed goal-oriented psychoeducational and activity therapy groups to improve clients' level of functioning
• Provided comprehensive case management services, created treatment plans, and connected clients and families to appropriate resources
• Worked collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide consistent care and minimize diversion
• Encouraged patients to discuss experiences in group and individual settings
• Guided clients in effective therapeutic exercises integrated from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

I started this job as residential counselor in July 2015 and was promoted to program coordinator July 2017. I am responsible for daily operation of 3 residential residences that house 23 mentally challenged clients. Supervised staff 0f 5 people.

Mental hospital- I worked on unit with adolescents and often floated to other units distributing medications throughout day.
