- Remotely oversee Southeast Analyst Team, comprised of nine associates in all major markets in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. The team is responsible for an average of 600 proformas per year for our 3rd party business development efforts of acquisitions, developments, and management change opportunities.

- Collaborate with Client Services, Marketing, Operational Leaders to ensure all projects and workflow align with goals of our business initiatives, budget parameters and client relationships. Projects include RFPs, performance analytics of current portfolio, portfolio management opportunities and Due Diligence.
