Data Based professional. Applying my mathematics skills in several careers to implement and improve overall systems. Making decisions based on data with the intention of reaching the overall goal in mind. Focusing on main objectives assigned while adjusting measures that can be taken along the way to encourage success. I Encourage those around me to improve based on the core principles of the organization. During my professional career improving systems and overall educational experience for students is the goal. Working with the community and several organizations to manage data and diversify the implementation of systems. I am able to motivate not only my students but also those who work in my department to believe in and carry out the overall goal. Pushing them in the direction to produce effective results and goal achievement. As a financial advisor the most impactful benefit to my moral clause is to change the financial status in a positive way. I am very passionate about helping my community. The most impactful way to change the outcome of a family is by helping secure their financial future. This provides families with the option to follow dreams, to reach goals or to come to someone's aid in need. These goals can be accomplished by strategically analyzing a client's needs, and assets to create a financial ledger to assist the client with meeting the benchmarks we created together. I love to educate but education without action is the worst type of compliance. Having the opportunity to be an effective member of the New Orleans community is what I consider to be success for me. I'm a modern New Orleanian, and embracing the culture of New Orleans has made a major impact in my life not only personally but also professionally. Creating an environment where marginalized groups can thrive is the beauty of the city. My passion is to continue to bridge the gap between the Hispanic and other marginalized communities of New Orleans.
