Floor Leaders are students who contribute to the life of the residence hall by facilitating the social, academic and personal adjustment of students to the residence halls, helping to implement the community learning model. Devoting 20 hours a week, I conducted interviews with residents, organized social meetings, created event billboards and performed administrative duties.
