
Being able to train new employees while working under extremely busy environments. Being able to consistently upsale items to guest without pestering them.
As the concessions shift lead I was responsible for training new employees and helping fellow workers with any questions they had. I was also in charge of the concessions inventory and would restock items when needed. Being front of house also meant that I had to help guest with any questions they had around the building.
