Provide monthly forecasts for the parts department, code invoices and credits and order weekly parts orders for inventory. Help manage the branch when the branch manager is out.

  • Wrote parts and service estimates for customers. Delivered parts to customers, and went out on cold calls. Maintained 5 consignments, doing weekly checks and re-stocking them. Delivered parts to technicians who lived and worked in Ogden and the Cache Valley area. Would go see customers who had complaints and worked to help them with issues. Did all of the accounting work for the company, including invoicing, paying bills, collecting checks and doing deposits. Closed months and the years, did payroll and printed W2's for employees. Also was part of the hiring of employees. At one point our parts manager was out for several months, and I filled in as parts manager.
