I am currently overseeing talent as part of Converse Vacaville's leadership team. My focus is our team's customer service to increase sales and consumer engagement through surveys and membership acquisitions.

• In Summer 2025, I completed a second Leadership Stretch Assignment position then was promoted to Supervisor in September.
• In Summer 2024, I filled in as brand manager for my first Leadership Stretch Assignment position to lead the store's product placement that best represents seasonal releases and maximizes shelving space.
• Experience in guiding our team as sales floor lead and performing our store's opening and closing operations independently.

• Joined after a mass employee exodus and helped cultivate a work culture based on strong work ethic and shared stockroom organizational standards from Nike.
• Contributed to revamping the store's stockroom and teaching back-of-house procedures we still use today.
• Strongly focused on servicing guests by providing product knowledge and driving consumer feedback through transaction surveys.

• Performed store operations such as processing incoming shipment, changing store marketing, completing daily inventory audits, and conducting opening and closing cash operations.
