ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
1 - Worked with IT and Facilities staff to reduce redundancy in field work orders by grouping according to quadrant areas. This allowed Facilities to reduce the amount of site inspection work orders form well over 100 to just 4.
2 - Implemented a painting program to paint District sites utilizing a Sheriff labor program. With no labor cost to the District, I was able to get all of our Lift Stations and Booster Stations painted.
3 - Worked with the Districts Planning Committee to move the Halloween and other large events into the Maintenance Shop. This allowed more room and freedom to take on larger group events.
