  • Leading upgrade of over 180, 1769-L35E CompactLogix controllers to 1769-L33ER controllers.
  • Leading integration of Lake Elsinore's existing water quality system into the District's SCADA system. Project entails using a minimally invasive and low cost approach, keeping current legacy serial RS232 communication of the water quality system while bringing it into the Districts ethernet-based SCADA system using serial-device-servers and virtual-com-ports.
  • Deployed Phoenix Contact 900 MHz radios for IO extension back to a local Allen Bradley PLC, located at Summerly lift station, to remotely monitor a flowmeter for wastewater flow out of Storm Stadium located in Lake Elsinore.
  • Part of an on-going project upgrading the District's 5GHz radio network from Proxim 5054 Tsunami radios to KeyWest Networks OR100 series radios.
  • Configuration and modifications to graphics, tags, and communications, using OnSite software suite.

  • Performed two migrations of SLC-500 Allen Bradley controllers to CompactLogix 5380 controllers for a sodium hypochlorite generation system and for an iron/manganese removal system located at the Perris Desalination Complex.
  • Performed the configuration and implementation of a ControlLogix redundancy system used at the newly built Perris II desalination facility.
  • Programming and configuration of soft-starts and VFDs through out District.
  • Upgraded soft-starts and VFD's for modbus communications with the RTU controller at the Good Hope II booster station and Well 85 respectively.
