Supervise Social Service Analysts through training, assigning, reviewing and evaluating work performance. Keep abreast of all aspects of Economic Stability programs; responsible for maintenance of acceptable standards for assigned programs. Responsible for resolving disputes related to an individual's participation in their assigned program; interviews complainants and investigate for resolution. Prepare required reports relative to assigned unit activities, reviews, analyzes records for quality assurance, and compiles data and statistical information for written reports. Orient staff in all areas of staff development functions and conduct conferences to increase their skill and efficiency. Perform departmental duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and polices. Organize and maintain files with established procedures and records retention policy. Ensure confidentiality of information and report all suspected fraud as required by law. Meet work deadlines and responsible for personal and staff productivity and accountable for meeting performance measures.
