Directed the opening of Home Zone's first manufacturing facility to enhance production capabilities.

Working close with the CEO/Owner we were able to start from scratch taking an empty 100,000 Sq ft building and create what today is a very efficient Manufacturing facility with a tremendous team. Starting with a hand full of employees with just a few designs in 2020 we now manufacture more than 50 groups and 2000 pieces of upholstered furniture per week equaling 95% of all furniture SKU's offered in 20 retail stores in North Texas. Prior to joining the company Home Zone purchased 80% of all upholstered furniture in Asia and 20% from other manufactures in the United States.
