Dave Hogan

I'm recently retired from a career in the Telecom Industry where I was directly involved with most phases of software development, customer support, technical support of internal systems. I've programmed extensively in C/Unix, developed debugging and analysis tools in Perl as a resident engineer for a customer and created multiple tools in Excel/VBA in support of a project management team.

I demonstrated the ability to dig, problem solve and create simplified solutions on multiple projects.

I retired somewhat earlier than expected due to pension calculation considerations and am looking to launch a second technical career in the software industry.

I am only interested in part time opportunities of an average of 30 hours a week or less, but am available for some travel as needed, in support of training, customer visits or team exercises.
