Confident Regional Operations Manager with an outgoing personality. Over 20 years of experience in the liquid tank truck industry leading, organizing and managing teams with the organization. Dedicated to representing company at all times while driving forward performance.
-As the Regional Operations Manager I reported directly to the RVP's, where we worked closely to develop stronger terminals by educating individuals in a way to strengthen our organization. Traveled to many terminals training the teams on many different platforms such as TMW, Tableau and just general knowledge on the inner workings of the company.
-My role with the organization started out in the tankwash where I gained valuable experience on the behind the scenes aspect of the tank truck industry. That knowledge was a great resources when it came to gaining trust with driver, fellow workers and customers. I was then promoted to a dispatcher which I held that position for roughly 15yrs until I was promoted to Terminal Manager to which I held that position for 5yrs before being promoted to my current role of Regional Operations Manager.
-At one point in my dispatching career I was responsible for roughly 50 drivers. Trusting relationships were built with each individual, many of these relationships are ones that still last to this day even after moved on. I was tasked with accepting freight for each driver and ensuring that all aspects of the load was done in compliance with all Company and Federal Guidelines.
-I worked closely to grow business with several are customers such as Calumet, Sonneborn and most notably Procter &Gamble. Working along side Procter and Gamble an $80,000 RO System was added to our tank wash to provide a sanitazation service. At the time, we were the only tankwash to provide this service for them. We created a wash procedure documenting and implementing a a high level of cleanliness for this particular customers delicate material.
-This past year one of my accomplishments has been working on building a strong team in Vassar, MI. Both the Manager and Driver Manager left the organization at the same time leaving myself to fill both the Manager and Driver Manager positions. This team in place now is very valuable asset to this organization. Their strong communication skills and "can do" attitude is gaining trust with customers, which is resulting in growth with our customers.
