Held many positions @ Milan Express.

Started as OTR driver, then did line-haul. Then was driver recruiter for approximately 7 years, by selective hiring, was able to reduce turnover rate down to around 45%. From there I became an instructor @ Milan Express driving Academy. Became OTR driver again when company-wide pay reductions made it difficult for me to make ends meet. Left to become Hotshot owner operator @ Max Trans.

My supervisor was Marilyn Horton.

Farm work, hauling lime, gravel, and grain. Pulling water tankers, mixing chemicals for sprayers.

Farm work is at a standstill until corn prices come up substantially or until the harvest.

Left to NOT be over-the-road any longer.

Stayed with Forwrd Logistics but as a company driver in larger vehicles.
