I'm someone who's worked in food service (my longest job) and I can confidently say that I thrive under a structured environment and under pressure. Even if there wasn't structure I'm able to take initiative and improvise. I love to talk to people and being social is just a huge part of who I am. I speak Spanish fluently and am able to use that to my advantage. I also have excellent communication skills combined with patience and knowing how to read the room which can help the customer/guest feel comfortable with me therefore having them returning for more services.
