Over the past 30 years I have always excelled at helping others from technician to first level to regional specialist. I have always enjoyed the chase of finding the cause of errors that other technicians could not find. I have enjoyed teaching many new hires so that they could excel in their new career with Canon. I have always maintained a good professional working relationships with all my customers. After 30 years of employment I am looking to get out of the 7/24 support and back into the 8/5 workday, that being said I have no issues with occasional over time.
