I worked my way up the ranks to the position of Rental Manager in February. My goal was to ensure maximum utilization for increased profits. While ensuring customer satisfaction with newer rental protocols and standards. Being able to collect a vast customer base that relied on me to get them dependable equipment on time, everytime. I completed this while still exceeding income targeted values that were previously in place. I was able to complete this by maximizing our inventory. This consisted of doing extensive research into equipment that did not have best interest in mind. This meant cutting out the equipment that wasn't being utilized. Then taking that and purchasing equipment that were in need for a more successful business. This paid off for us already, increasing profits by 21% from last summer to this summer. This along with training my staff to do their jobs with pride and professionalism has turned our business around.
