In the past 5 years as an USR I have helped with getting two star ratings for VPP. I assist with training young airmen as they come into the shop.

- As a guardsman I did this job for four years. I went on numerous trips and a few of them I was in charge of MOC. I always volunteered to come out on extra days and go on trips. I have backfilled while being a full time flight line crew chief when there was a shortage in the MOC. I am familiar with most of the processes the MOC is responsible for and decent with computer skills. Managed logistics staff in the Maintenance Operations Center, overseeing plans, scheduling, documentation, engine management, training, depot level repairables, programs, mobility, and production analysis. Coordinated aircraft movements and dispatched various maintenance shops to assignments across the airfield.
