Replace drain pumps within active pump well while sub is in dry dock. Infill flooding flumes with light weight concrete install permanent concrete caps. Install temporary pump system while active sub remains in dock during duration of project. Manage HVAC replacement, spall repairs, bathroom upgrades, and concrete demo sub contractor. $11,000,000 project

Norfolk Naval Shipyard P-678 Saltwater System for CVN-78

Update and improvements to the saltwater piping at pumping stations. Renovations to DD8 pump well including, installation of 54in split casing pumps capable of 130,000 GPM. Installation of 5 new Flygt dry submersible pumps, suction piping, discharge piping, and sump pumps. Renovated bathroom, motor level, and control room within pump well. Installed new salt water pump station pipe system including, 6-vertical pumps, 6-1200hp motors, discharge pipe system with over board pressure relief valves. Managed numerous subcontractors on project from electricians, concrete demolition contractor, micro pile installation, coating and painters, all while coordination with government entities. $204,000,00 Project

NAVFAC Norfolk Naval Shipyard P-653 Flood Wall Project

Project consisted of over 1 mile of cast in place concrete wall and foundation with, under ground slurry wall, and jet grouting to ensure no water infiltration into lower dry docks. Numerous utility reroutes and installation of utility vaults, valve vault slouch gates, pinch valves, and casing pipes for future replacements. Self preformed majority of project. Managed subcontractor GEO Solutions for entire project. Project received ABC's Merrit Award for best federal project 5m plus, finished 9 months early.
