As a Shift Lead at Marcus Theaters I have maintain and learn how to manage staff how to keep them motivated and keep them moving throughout their shift. I make sure customers always feel welcomed and always keep satisfaction high. I always communicated plans to my colleagues and management about plans or if a issue has occurred. I always keep the theater clean by sweeping and wiping everything down making sure everything is as clean as possible so that guests can feel welcomed to a clean environment. When a new staff member joins us I try to make them feel welcome working there and try my very best to train them efficiently. I try to keep my staff motivated by keeping their moods high by talking to them and telling them that they are doing amazing at their jobs.
