Working with different internal departments and external facilities to provide safe, efficient critical care patient transport utilizing air and ground assets to both inside and out-of-state facilities. Asset following using FlightVector and Complete Flight applications and communicating patient ETA's to different hospital units via phone call and direct messaging.

• 911 and non-emergent call taking, obtaining a brief synopsis of the situation that the caller is concerned about and dispatching correct response units to them. Interagency dispatch for 3 law enforcement departments, 7 fire departments and 3 EMS agencies. Other duties included warrant and restraining order entry into the Montana Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN). Managing information flow between outside partners such as Montana Dept of Fish, Wildlife & Parks, National Forest Service, Montana Dept of Transportation and Montana Highway Patrol.

• I issued items necessary for Dish Network technicians to complete work-orders in the field. Tracking warehouse items and conducting monthly audits on the warehouse and technicians in the field. During my tenure, I initiated several programs that are now in place in some offices throughout the company.

• Tasks related to station operations, including adherence to all regulated policies and laws required by a civil passenger air carrier. Proficient in the use of the SHARES reservation system, baggage service, gate / boarding. Trained in all passenger aspects of United Mainline operations. Daily tasks congruent to line station operations, including adherence to FAR, CFR, FAA, DHS and DOT mandated regulations regarding commercial Airline operation. Assigned to the United Express brand, with slight inception to the Delta Connection product.
