* GROSSMONT LIBERAL ARTS BUSINESS CSIS
Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District / $20,625,000
Removal of 8 existing portable buildings and demolition and abatement of the existing PE Locker Room building to make room for the construction of a single-story Multi-Purpose Building housing classrooms, lockers rooms, and a multi-purpose space. All existing buildings received new exterior paint, and site work encompassed new landscaping, renovation to the existing decomposed granite field, new DG track, underground utilities, stormwater management systems, and the construction of a new digital marquee.

* GRANGER JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Sweetwater Union High School District / $19,597,000
Critical upgrades and enhancements to Buildings 51 and 55, including modifications to existing restroom facilities throughout the active campus. Both of the buildings HVAC systems were upgraded to feed from the existing chilled water system tied into the central plant, and each building had independent boiler systems to feed the HVAC unit. The site received targeted improvements to ensure ADA compliance along paths of travel, new striping and ADA signage. Replacement of hardscape elements to improve surrounding areas.

* OLYMPIAN HIGH SCHOOL
Sweetwater Union High School District / $16,559,389
Demolition of three portable classroom buildings and construction of a new two-story classroom building with classrooms and an elevator with a 360 degree deck. Site received 5 new shade structures, a lunch area with tables and decorative seat walls, replaced the marquee, new fenced area with concrete pad for photovoltaic battery storage, removed re-locatable classrooms and added turf for PE use, and other associated site improvements.

* MAXWELL TRANSPORTATION CENTER
Chula Vista Elementary School District / $13,317,000
Ground-up construction of a 16,000 SF state-of-the-art facility with  bus maintenance and repair bays, feet dispatch operations, scheduling and coordination offices, vehicle wash areas, administrative and support spaces, and miscellaneous site improvements.
