
I assisted customers with product inquiries, enhancing the overall shopping experience. I stocked shelves efficiently, ensuring optimal product availability and organization. I operated cash registers accurately, using a software system to process orders and transactions. Checked pricing, scanned items, applied discounts, and printed receipts to ring up customers. Maintained the cleanliness of the store environment, adhering to health and safety standards. I also did frequent checks of the store parking lot, bringing in carts for the customers and making sure the parking spaces weren't cluttered with shopping carts.
Some of my responsibilities included greeting customers in a respectful manner, taking their orders at the front counter and drive-thru, handling payments quickly and correctly, responding to customer complaints in a respectful and friendly manner, and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately. Another responsibility I held was preparing some of the menu items by following McDonald's guidelines. I kept the kitchen, dining rooms, and equipment clean by following hygiene and safety guidelines. Another responsibility I held was collaborating with team members to keep everything running smoothly. This meant helping others by occasionally stepping in to help complete tasks.
