-Inland Marine (Contractors Equipment, Shipping Claims [CARMACK], Builders Risk)

-Ocean Marine (COGSA)

-Boiler & Machinery

-Crime/Fidelity

-Boat/Yacht

In this role, I learned how to efficiently manage a full claims inventory:

-Quickly address new assigns using the one-touch approach

-Utilize phone calls, emails, and letters to investigate and obtain supports for my claims

-Maximize recoveries using technical strategies learned throughout my life as a claim professional

-Use Customer Service skills to keep the insured updated throughout the entirety of the claims process

Learned the basics of handling claims for subrogation at Travelers .
