Explanation

The explanation for there being no experience cited from 2018 to the present is that in April 2014 my employer and I were indicted for actions taken with regard to a loan obtained with respect to the 'broken condominium' project located in Santa Rosa, California. My employer was killed in a car accident in May 2014, but the government proceeded in prosecuting me, along with two officers of the bank that had made the loan in question. In December 2017 I was convicted of bank fraud, wire fraud and attempted obstruction of justice. I was sentenced to serve 80 months and  restitution was entered against me in the amount of $20M. After serving 30 months in the Federal Prison Camp located at the Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, Alabama, I was granted compassionate release and since then have resided with my wife in Montgomery, Alabama. In January 2022, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed my conviction, but vacated my sentence and the restitution judgment. In May 2023 my sentence was deemed to be time served. I am currently on supervised release which allows me to work within Central Alabama.
