• Responsible for regulating and monitoring who enters the building at the vestibule. Maintained safety and security by ensuring guests used their access card to enter the building.
• Maintained Brivo Access for our members. Approached non-members, gathered their information, and directed them to the correct place.
• Alerted the front desk and security during peak rush when an individual would attempt to sneak in without checking in/scanning into the building.
• Cared for 2nd graders at the after-school program. Monitored the children and their needs, made sure they were being properly cared for and entertained.
• Very cautious over the children. Ensured to monitor their every move for their safety and that they were picked up by their parents or the right party.

• Worked in a team setting every shift. Handled mostly iPad Drive-Thru order taking, Curbside services, register, and stocking items.
• Provided customers with a great positive, memorable, and personal experience in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handled stressful situations such as lunch rush. (11am-2pm) with sometimes up to 1000 transactions/cars per hour at peak.

Communicated accordingly with customers via phone, email, in-person in a professional yet caring manner regarding orders or any situations that need a solution.

Handled invoicing, sales orders. Personally delivered items to local customers if needed and requested ASAP.

Regularly ran errands for the business such as going to the bank, UPS, USPS.
