Worked with the warranty departments of many different home builders providing any services they needed including remediation, all types of repairs and quality assurance inspections. With each situation I would communicate with homeowner until completion and personally verify their satisfaction. Also performed new home presentations when builders were understaffed.

Walked new homes prior to new home presentation to either make the needed repairs or schedule the appropriate subcontractor. Was the lead assistant manager of both the front end and back end of the construction process.
