Implemented a Quality Inspection software on production lines where each inspection result is recorded along with date, time and person performing the test. Also, the software verified the correct components were being used and were valid for production.

• Troubleshoot and resolved internet connectivity and general software and hardware issues

• Oversaw local IT infrastructure including servers, security, networking, storage systems and desktops.

• Support production by providing streamline working procedures
• Maintain and update PFMEAs and work with the Quality Engineer to ensure that the PFMEA and Control Plan match
• Troubleshoot process and/or equipment failures and work with maintenance to get issues resolved
• Create work instructions, layouts and visual aids as needed by the shop floor.
