As soon as I arrived to US , I was employed as a helper in American Company ;This position provided a perfect experience of local working experience, skills and values;

• After 6 months I was promoted as a carpenter
• After 6 months I replaced my promoted colleague as a material purchasing and delivery operator;

The Company was closed on December 2022, therefore all the employees including me lost their jobs ;

As an owner of convenient grocery shop chain of 4 shops in Georgia, Tbilisi, I was the one planning, executing and supervising all processes and procedures within the company ;

Later on, after Covid 19 pandemic, I left my company to my partner and decided to move to the US , for my further development;

I started as the warehouse and distribution center supervisor, supervising a group of warehouse workers and all operations; I created special files in excel, which led to the most accurate reporting system of stock control and inventory process, Under my supervision, company optimized operations and saved cost for 15% ,

After an year I was promoted as purchasing manager and I was communications with suppliers in Turkey and supervised the supply chain process, from negotiation with supplier to selling to the customer (B2B)

I created the assortment which was exclusive on the market and raised the company sales for 12 %;

Later, after 5 years of good performance, I was promoted as a manager of the Company, supervising all operations having 15 employees under my supervision;

I was 17 years and this was my first job; High sense of responsibility and detail-oriented attitude, were the main reasons I was granted the access to the wholesale system after 1 year and was promoted as the leader of the Assembling group (of 4 workers) representing the Company, during visits to B2B clients for fulfillment of their orders;
