NFPT Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, traing clients at the YMCA. Through a PennState and Hershey Medical grant I also ran a "Family Fit" program traing five family units per cycle twice a week for 1 hour followed by 1 hour of nutritional education. Program was for families that would not normally be able to afford personal training in attempts to break the chain of obesity.
Started out as a production worker quickly becoming one of the top production leaders. Helping others out by training them in the most effective ways to complete their work. Went on to become the lead tester and then the lead QA in the factory.
In October 2022 started a department testing servers and switches writing work instructions on testing procedures and creating the forms for the documentation needed to comply with R2 and RIOS standards allowing these units to be sold for reuse. Through research and communication with vendors I was able to build and expand in to what today is a multi-million dollar department. Running and overseeing a department grown to 30-35 workers now testing and selling laptops, desktop computer, servers, switches, memory, process chips, PCIe and graphics cards.
As a licensed Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) trough the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) the Allenwood Recreation Department employed me to provide information pertaining to physical fitness, nutrition, overall health, and body composition. My job duties involved checking weight, preforming body composition analysis through the measurement of body fat via skin fold and bioelectrical impedance testing. Created individualized fitness plans
