Scheduled 6 houses and others as needed (potential 14 more) Setup 2 new residential treatment homes to include safety measures and compliance and non contactor work. Managed facilities with monthly inspections, monthly maintenance and repairs to facility as needed. As well as self Training and training for in house staff.

Monthly Maintanance/ Inspections and repairs duties ..

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety equipment / State and any other governing docs, drywall, appliances, vehicles, landscape, all windows/ doors/ knobs/ alarms, and also any house issues or concerns.

Facilitated out side work and contractors by obtaining multiple quotes and scope of work and communicate to upper Management and house supervisor to ensure seamless and non obtrusive to clients. While supervising contractors to ensure correct and timely manner of job.

Training and developing of current and new employees. Monthly training with employees on Fire , Earth Quake, active shooter and power outage (drills). Also house Inspections and vehicle Inspections. Training of new facility tech for adolescent homes in all above. Assisted in set up of 3 adolescent homes from repairs to compliance and safety.
