Oversee and manage all facets of Outdoor Advertising company in the biggest market in the country. Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Managing a crew of 4 full time installers in their day to day workload installing advertisement materials upon fixed assets (street level billboards, windows, digital placements) throughout NYC.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting relationships with owners and landlords of these fixed assets.
• Working with several contractors to help improve our sites to drive more business.
• Reporting all significant one-time performance data to Upper Management.
• Meet and/or dialogue regularly with team leaders in Sales, Real Estate, AP.

Overseeing and Managing a crew of 20 different street level advertising installers across the country in a very fast paced competitive environment.

• Travel to various cities around the country to hire and train new installers
• Day to day management of NYC crew of 10 overseeing installations and maintenance of sites.
• Ensuring all materials were shipped to other markets and that installs were performed on time.

Working Supervisor position. Installed advertising materials in Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens while also supervising a crew of 3 others performing the same work.

Planning and oversight of various Electrical and Instrumentation projects throughout the 72-acre Roche Pharmaceutical plant in Nutley, NJ.

• Responded quickly to emergency maintenance requests for timely on-call support.
• Maintained a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, consistently receiving positive feedback for exceptional service.
• Installed new equipment and explained operation and routine maintenance protocols to customers.
• Reviewed technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.
