Assemble gearbox units to specifications by blueprint .Set bearing tolerance according to application. Use I.D and O.D micrometer,impacts,feeler gauge tools. Load and unload trucks with units 10,000 lbs. to +100,000 lbs. units. Machine and fabricate housing. all skills are used to meet deadlines.

Setup and operate digital pressline. Interpret and process job instructions those dealing with dimensions and quantity. Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills. Supervise and allocate crew to help with operation of press line. Responsible for detail to match customers proof. Time manage for each job, plate change, paperwork, time in and out for crew, perform quality checks, detail and deadline oriented, experience with fork lift operations and other material equipment.
