David Schauer

With more than 25 years of electric motor experience in engineering, management, and executive leadership, I specialize in strategy building and company growth through business development, fiscal management, and process improvement. My passion is to solve complex business problems and create value for stakeholders, customers, and employees. I have a proven track record of leading and growing successful teams and projects, from delivering products to help landing on Mars to inventing DuraCORE motors. I also have a unique ownership perspective and understanding, having been involved in an ESOP and a transition of ownership and leading acquisition efforts on the buy side. I hold a BS engineering degree and along with two pending patents, multiple patents in electric motor design and micro-turbine generation for the oil and gas industry.
