Since 2009, more than 300 banks and credit unions implemented VCM successfully, with many still using the software today. I also directly supported clients in implementing, configuring, and maintaining VCM as well as providing consultative support in the day-to-day management of their programs. The software itself was based on a manual, FFIEC aligned process I'd initially authored in response to growing demand from banking regulators concerned about rapidly expanding dependencies on third-party relationships, and all subsequent enhancements resulted directly from my field work.
