As result of Cox combining two Cox roles, I transitioned into the new direct sales role called Territory Sales Representative. I maintained all the duties of my direct sales role and adding multi dwelling unit sales. My added responsibilities included forming and maintaining successful relationships with apartment property managers in order to generate new revenue for Cox. I managed a portfolio of several properties and worked with their staff to ensure their tenants subscribed to Cox services. By working with property managers and assistance from Cox Account Managers, I was able to provide competitive offers to customers and generate business to the direct sales channel.
