- Took ownership of, improved and expanded our internal UI, used to monitor data ingestion and manage businesses installed on our platform.
- Our support team required assistance from the engineering team in order to update customer installations in our reporting platform. I added functionality to our UI which allowed support team to self serve for these updates. This reduced requests for assistance by support, and allowed them to respond to requests more quickly.
- Implemented user authorization changes to address issues that would limit how many businesses a user would have access to. The result allows our company to take on large enterprises where a user may need access to thousands of businesses, including hotel enterprises.
- Participated in new API integrations with our partners, including UI improvements to allow our support team to easily setup these new installations.
- Created new mapping tools for support to use when mapping revenue centers to different businesses within a property, for use in our reporting platform. This allowed for new integrations with partners who required this data mapping.
- Updated our sales load client software to work with property level installs containing multiple businesses, where we could previously only load data one business at a time.
- Made improvements to our tool for performing on premise data extraction from our customers, including the addition of a Send Diagnostics feature. This provided customers with a one click solution to send pertinent diagnostic files to our support team, reducing the need for support to access customer PCs.
