  • Currently completed 2 Amazon Industrial Warehouses in Northern Idaho with Brinkmann Constructors as a CM finalizing the 2 warehouses on 35 acres (about half the area of a large shopping mall) with T/I buildouts for the Amazon Client. Major excavation and site work on the front end – mining of 850,000 CY of material and place and fill of 1,325,000 cy of material to form bases of the pads, major utility work, sewer lift station and a four-way highway off ramp signal and paving peace. Daily tasks, owner client calls, project documentation, project work, project quality, daily work meets, safety oversight of all subcontractors, daily planning for 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) look ahead, inspection calls and walks with the City and by third party inspectors, OAC meetings with schedule, closeout, and logistics efforts. Daily site walks with subcontractors working on quality and rework and punch items. Procure daily photos, safety checks, observations, equipment and workforce details and punch walks. Coordination of changes with warehouses being impacted by tenant changes in building use from the original drawings to current needs including added loading docks for semi’s, added HVAC systems, pass heat to electric heat, water collection systems with trench drains and oil water separators, re-sloping ramps and driveways in already poured and cure concrete and asphalt, door size changes to list a few.
