Actively engage in the development and enforcement of procedures and HAZOPs.

Review and update operating procedures in partnership with the engineering team as needed.

Work with the engineering team to identify and address plant requirements.

Support troubleshooting of equipment and processes concerns.

Manage operations within budget constraints and communicate any budget deviations to the plant manager.

Identify and oversee needs during Capex projects, ensuring adherence to all protocols.

Administer and update shift schedules, accounting for PTO, resignations, and other factors.

Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations for operators, participating in continuous training programs.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of natural gas compression stations, ensuring technical support for compression units and auxiliary equipment.
Coordinate safe and timely operations and maintenance activities, adhering to quality specifications for TGI S.A. ESP's natural gas transport pipelines.
Participate in planning and scheduling maintenance activities for TGI S.A. ESP compression stations.
Address technical and administrative issues in the operation and maintenance processes, optimizing resources for reliable natural gas service.

Ensure compliance of compression stations with regulatory standards to meet the objectives of TGI S.A. ESP's gas pipeline network.

Ensure the proper functioning of electronic instrumentation and electrical control systems for gas compressor stations, including reciprocating compressors and dynamic flow turbochargers (MOPICO).

Manage SCADA systems, and oversee the operation and maintenance of magnetic bearings and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems.

Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, electrical, fire and gas (F&G), and electronic control systems.

Monitor the status of operations and execute operational tasks as needed.

Ensure the proper functioning of electronic instrumentation and electrical control systems in gas compressor stations.

Participate in the assembly of gas compressor stations, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational phases.

Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, electrical, fire and gas (F&G), and electronic control systems.

Monitor operational status and execute necessary operational tasks.
