David Veltri

New York State Clean Heat Incentive Program QA/QC. Mr. Veltri served as a felid representative for for the Clean Heat Program quality assurance/quality control contracts with Central Hudson Gas and Electric and National Grid. This quality assurance contract involves providing technical expertise for various assignments including site assessments, data quality control, and analysis of manual J documentation.

Mr. Veltri collaborated with partners and clients to understand the barriers to the adoption of electrification, specifically air source heat pumps. Mr Veltri. worked to understand both temporal and financial ramifications homeowners face when using state and federal incentives
