Operate bander to band commerical and industrial solar panels for warehouse storage and shipment.

Repair commerical semi trailers, trucks, tractors. Assist with roadside tire repair and mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain shop and yard as required by shop owner.

Coop Tire Center installing and repairing automotive, farm, and industrial tires on various equipment.

Home Style Foods forklift operator unloading trucks, locating frozen food in warehouse freezer, distributing product to production areas, loading frozen food onto trucks for shipment.

Tennaplast quality inspection of automotive window parts prior to shipping.

Perform all types of yard work to include mowing, weed eating, mulching, hedge trimming, etc. as required. Lot clearing to include tree removal, removal of scrap and trash. Building clean up/clean out as need presented itself. Collect scrap metals and various materials for resale. Any odd jobs that could be obtained.

• Assemble and weld all-terrain vehicle frames/chassis per blue print and customer specifications.
• Inspect robotic welds for missing or incomplete welds and manually complete the weld as required.
• Assemble all-terrain vehicle parts as required by production standards and specifications.
• Inspect assemblies for correct orientation and integrity.

• Assemble shipping container racks per customer specifications.

• Weld heavy truck parts to customer’s specifications.

• Temp to hire packing and machine operator - packing automotive lighting products to customers specification.
• Temporary job expired.

• Press Operator - Operate production equipment as required.
• Operate overhead hoist.
• Operate forklift as required.
• Maintain safe and clean workplace and maintain quality and production standards set by customer and company requirements.
• Temporary position expired due to decrease in production requirements.

• Welder Operator – MIG weld OEM heavy duty truck parts per the customer’s specification.
• Operate punch press to produce stampings per the specific die for production parts.
• Operate spot welder and forklift as needed and directed by supervisor.
• Maintain work area to provide a clean and safe work area for quality parts production.

• General Labor
• Welder - Welding lawnmower parts per customer specifications.
• Press operator and shear operator.
• Operate band saw and other equipment as required to produce quality parts per the customer’s specifications.

• Prepare steel components for fabrication per customer specifications.
• Check components prior to assembly for correct parts and verify specifications.
• Use hand tools, side grinder, drill, welder and other tools to prepare components and assembly to the customer specification.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, and sidewinder material handling equipment to move components and finished product to proper areas.

• General Labor
• Use cutting torch to reduce large piece of scrap metal to pieces small enough for transport and feeding into metal shredder.
• Travel to offsite jobs and conduct labor required to dismantle and prepare scrap machinery to be shipped to local facility for processing.

• Use radial saw to cut rails for skids.
• Use tape measure to adjust saw to proper cut length for production order.
• Use nail gun to attach skid floor to rails per the customer specification.
• Stack completed product for transport to next operation and/or customer.
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe environment.

• Feed stock into Punch Press to form parts per customer order.
• Stack completed parts into containers for transport to next department.
• Report production on daily production forms.
• Visually check parts for defects or discrepancies and report any non-conformance to quality control and supervision.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

• Use forklift to transport production parts to and from work areas as needed.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Perform general labor as required by supervision.

• Measure and cut fabric per production requirements.
• Prepare completed product for transport to next department.
• Visually inspect product for deficiencies and report any defects to supervision.
• Maintain production and quality reports as required.
